More importantly, have you ever wondered what additional steps you can take to improve your Web site standing?

No matter how good your Web site is, there’s always room for improvement. If you’re active on Twitter, there’s a site called TwitterGrader.com. It’s from a company called Hubspot.com. Twitter Grader gives you your percentile ranking in terms of the number of people who are following you as well as the “quality” of the types of followers you are generating. For example, a percentile ranking of 98 means two percent of the people on Twitter have higher rankings than you and 98 percent have lower rankings.

Categories include success stories, meaningful statistics, expertise, local market knowledge, service level, price, etc. Consumers can search the site for free, and make direct contact with agents who stand out from the crowd.

Agents can tailor a package for specific types of prospects such as first-time buyers, REOs, short sales, etc. They can also post referral fee offers on the site for buyer or listing referrals (only viewable by registered agents). Myth 1: Just hop on the iPhone bandwagon and you’re covered.
No one can ignore the iPhone phenomenon, but did you know iPhone and iPod Touch users only account for about 7 percent of the 265 million mobile phone users in the U.S.?
