Recently, the Clinton and Bush political machines have dangerously blurred the precious division between church and state in American politics. <title><![CDATA[CAN SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM AFFORD TO BE COLORBLIND?]]></title>

It is clearly a way to collectively contribute to a fund that enables Americans to live and work productively as possible while they can. People inevitably meet misfortune from workplace hazards or other life stressors, and the social security system serves as a mechanism for assuring that they are not likely to completely fall through the cracks.]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Diversity Training Isn’t Dead. It Is Undergoing Head Surgery!]]></title>
<link><![CDATA[http://www.dtui.com/diversityblog.html]]></link><description><![CDATA[The point I want to make here is that diversity training has not been used to develop competency people need to live better and work more productively with people from different cultures. It is used for social engineering (It’s the right thing to do!) and to protect against lawsuits due to incompetent behaviors. But it is rarely used in a serious effort to increase cultural competence.]]></description>
